About Us
Routine Automation is a team of Salesforce experts helping companies transform business processes, improve marketing and sales execution, and build scalable CRM-driven systems. Right now, we are looking for a Lead Generation Specialist who will focus on starting meaningful conversations with potential B2B clients and helping us build the first layer of the sales pipeline. This role is for someone who wants to grow in sales, learn how B2B deals start, and enjoys writing and communicating with decision-makers. You will not just send messages. You will learn how real conversations turn into business opportunities — and how parts of this process can be structured, improved, and supported with modern tools and light automation.
What you'll do
Find and research potential B2B clients using LinkedIn, Apollo, and similar tools
Start conversations with decision-makers on LinkedIn/Email
Maintain ongoing dialogues and follow-ups
Use templates and personalized messages depending on context
Qualify basic interest through communication (no hard selling)
Keep CRM updated and ensure data quality
Support the team in improving outreach workflows and identifying opportunities for better structure and scalability
Work closely with the sales team on pipeline building and lead qualification

What we expect
English B1+ (written communication is key)
Experience in lead generation, outbound sales, or business development
Understanding of basic B2B communication and prospecting principles
Ability to write short, human, clear messages/emails
Able to build rapport through written communication with people you have never spoken to before.
Basic research skills (LinkedIn, company websites)
Curiosity about how outreach processes can be improved through tools and structured workflows
Familiarity with CRM systems and sales processes.

Will be a plus
Experience in LinkedIn outreach or SDR role
Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce is a strong advantage)
Hands-on experience with Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Instantly, GetSales, Dripify or similar tools
Ability to build and manage sequences and workflows in Apollo (or similar platforms)
Understanding of sales methodologies such as BANT, SPIN or MEDDIC
Familiarity with ICP-based selling and problem-led outreach approaches
Interest in AI tools for research, messaging, or workflow support
Experience working with international clients (SaaS, IT, consulting)
Understanding of how outbound can be structured into scalable systems rather than manual activity
Basic awareness of outbound metrics (reply rates, conversion rates, pipeline flow)
